📧 Does NYT “hate” military families?

Hey dum🍭dums!

I'm forwarding this email I sent to The Oregonian because David [Philipps] and Michael [Barbaro] picked up on their story back in 2017. Turns out, calling what happened a "hate crime" was (civilian) confirmation bias, because Rodriguez's charge was not a "hate crime." In fact, the Oregon law in question, ORS 166.155, does not use the word "hate," and never has. Not in 1981 when it was introduced, nor in amendments prior to your "reporting," in 1989, 2007, or 2011. You're welcome for doing y'alls homework.

Anyway, you better retract that shit before I find Damien Rodriguez, because he might have a legal standing to sue... And after that ABC settlement, defamation just became a whole lot easier. 😬

G'head, thank me for my service - I fµ¢king dare you! Let this dirty ass laundry get aired out in the (federal) courts, under an Executive that doesn't like your flavor of oligarchy. Oh, and if you've read this far I already know you've opened this email. So, no plausible deniability either.

Byeee!
