📧 “Not acceptable” final
I will be visiting the Oregon State Capitol building to exercise my rights as an American citizen, Oregon Resident, and constituent of Oregon House District 15. Shelly, you have no private authority to interfere with the rights guaranteed to Americans under the Constitution or Oregon Revised Statutes.
If any individual obstructs the rights afforded to me by the above,
I will file a civil suit against them under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
If I learn that any elected official, civil servants, or individuals employed thereby, have engaged in violating my civil rights under the above cited statute, to include asking, advising, or otherwise communicating an expectation to Oregon State Police that public records be withheld from public scrutiny, I will file a civil suit against them under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
You have until midnight on Sunday, February 23, 2025, to disclose to me if you have knowledge of unlawful civil rights violations to avoid future litigation should I discover a qualifying conspiracy under 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3).
At 00:01 on Monday, February 24, 2025, I will consider the wagons circled and, where one conspired, you all will be considered to have conspired.
Peace out homies,
